ForgeHub Partner Referral Network

Good companies know good companies.

ForgeHub is assembling capabilities, not collecting random tenants. If you know a contractor, supplier, service provider, educator, operator, investor or strategic organization that would make the network stronger, put them on our radar.

What qualifies

Introductions that create real value.

A referral should strengthen the campus, generate useful commerce, expand what ForgeHub can deploy off-site, or contribute to workforce and community outcomes. We are intentionally selective.

01 · OCCUPANCY

Companies that belong here

Introduce an organization that could lease, operate from, stage from or establish a recurring physical presence at ForgeHub.

02 · COMMERCIAL

Companies that create work

Introduce a customer or operating partner that creates meaningful paid activity across SiteOps, services, rentals, fabrication, media, training or the wider network.

03 · STRATEGIC

Companies that change the ceiling

Introduce an anchor operator, investor, school, municipality, manufacturer, association, major property owner or other relationship that materially increases network capability.

Priority targets

Who we want to meet.

These categories are deliberately complementary. The goal is a campus where one company's presence makes several others more capable.

Builders + Trades

Materials + Equipment

Security, logistics, sanitation, power, fencing, mobility, lodging, catering and coffee.

Professional Services

Estimating, engineering, architecture, accounting, legal, insurance, finance, recruiting and safety.

Technology + Media

Construction technology, AI, drones, reality capture, communications, marketing and professional production.

Training + Community

Colleges, schools, unions, trainers, workforce organizations, economic-development partners and community organizations.

Referral economics

Reward the value actually created.

Qualified introductions may be eligible for rent or shared-service credits, cash success fees, project-specific referral economics, or another written arrangement appropriate to the relationship. The structure is determined by measurable value created and agreed before any payment obligation exists.

01
Log the introduction.Submit the company before the relationship is already active so attribution is clear.
02
TradeForge qualifies the fit.We assess whether the company genuinely strengthens the network and whether a relationship already exists.
03
Make the connection.Where appropriate, we coordinate an introduction. You are never expected to oversell ForgeHub on our behalf.
04
Document the economics. If the introduction creates qualifying value, any reward or success fee is confirmed in writing for that relationship.

This is a business-referral network, not a multi-level or downstream commission program. Originating one relationship does not create perpetual rights to every relationship that company later creates.

Submit an introduction

Who should we know?

You do not need to make the introduction immediately. Start by telling us who the company is, why they fit and what relationship you have with them.

Company referral

Fields marked with * are required. ForgeHub will review the fit before requesting an introduction.
