TradeForge Academy

Learning beside the working construction world.

Academy is the education and workforce division of TradeForge: a bridge between schools, colleges, unions, qualified trainers, employers, apprentices, ForgeHub and real construction pathways.

The boundary

Academy does not replace education.

Schools teach. Colleges and unions train. Official systems manage apprenticeship and credentials. Qualified manufacturers and trainers teach their products. TradeForge connects those systems to employers, physical infrastructure and career pathways.

STUDENTS

See what is possible

Approved exposure to trades, employers, equipment, logistics, business ownership and the wider construction ecosystem.

APPRENTICES

Connect the pathway

Training discovery, employer participation, evidence from the proper issuer and clearer next steps.

EMPLOYERS

Participate better

Mentoring, demonstrations, sponsorship, placements and workforce feedback without asking employers to become schools.

Learner pathway

One career can move through the whole ecosystem.

A student may first meet the network through an approved school activity and eventually return years later as a contractor, employer, mentor or instructor.
